In 2021 the Wayfound Development Team was contracted by the City of South Perth to develop a progressive web app (PWA) to promote and provide interpretive information for South Perth’s walk trails. The PWA has been designed so that additional trails can be added as required with each trail being developed as an add on module. Currently there are two walk trails on the platform. These are the Mill Point Heritage Trail and the Mindeerup Art Trail. Each trail module contains a trail overview, interactive trail map and interpretive information for each trail stopping point.The City of South Perth plan to add additional trails as themes are developed to give both residents and visitors a broad understanding of the history and culture of South Perth.
