Wayfound was engaged by the City of Albany to consult on the wayfinding integration of the city’s various visitor precincts and the Port to Point(working title) shared path between Albany City Centre and Emu Point. The City of Albany understands the value of the visitor economy and is endeavoring to improve the visitor experience through better wayfinding and interpretation. The Port of Albany has become a regular stop over for cruise ships and there is an urgent need to improve wayfinding into the city from the cruise ship berth. As part of this project the City engaged with key stakeholders including Southern Ports, Dept of Transport and the Museum of WA.
